introduction
Vue Entertainment are one of the largest cinemas chains in UK. Peach Digital have been working with them since 2005 and sold over 15 million tickets online during that time. Vue were looking for input into how they could create a dynamic platform that enabled them to continually enhance their online presence into the future.
my role
I was the lead designer on this concept. My role included wireframing, look and feel and the presentation of the concept to client.
The Power of Film
The iconic imagery used on film posters is still one of the strongest drivers when chosing films, using it to its fullest potential is a must.
Suits You Sir
A range of tools allow users to tailor the site to their film needs. As a result they see more of what they like and can make bookings quicker.
Moving Pictures
A key component of any film release is the trailer. Vue as high quality entertainment providers need to provide the best experience possible.
Advertising
A key part of the redesign was the need for advertising space. As well as the traditional sizes, we showed page take overs for larger promotions.
Everyday Content
Collecting the best content for films, music and kids from around the web can make Vue a place to visit day to day, not just a place to book cinema tickets.
